Mr. Alok Viraj Gupta is the Chief Financial Officer of ACRE. Prior to joining ACRE, he has worked in companies like Xerox Modi Corp, GE SBI cards, Reliance Industries Ltd and Amsure Insurance Agency. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Hons) degree from Delhi University. He has over 27 + years experience of working in companies in various domains viz. manufacturing, credit cards, financials services & insurance.

Mr. Mohd. Shariq Malik is Commerce and a Law graduate and an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretary of India. He has a varied experience in corporate and recovery laws, corporate and transaction advisory, distressed assets & special situation investments, corporate restructuring and structured financing. Presently, he is the Company Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer and Grievance Redressal Officer of the Company. He is also heading the Corporate Social Responsibility of the Company.

Mr. Manish Mohnot is Chief Risk Officer at ACRE. He has 24 years of work experience in the BFSI Industry. Prior to joining ACRE, he was associated with National Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd. as part of their Risk & Compliance Team. He has also been associated with companies like Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd., IndusInd Bank & ICICI Bank etc. Mr. Manish holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Ms. Shubhra Tewari has over 14 years legal experience in the Indian financial services sector. Before joining ACRE, Shubhra worked as in-house counsel at JPMorgan, advising their investment banking and corporate banking businesses in India. Shubhra trained at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in their Mumbai office, spending 10 years advising Indian and foreign financial service entities and companies on varied financing and corporate matters. She graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2006 with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree.

Mr. Amit Kumar Kedia is a Chartered Accountant with more than 21 years of work experience spanning across both Corporate and Banking sector. He has handled diverse roles which include Investment Banking, M&A, Financial Planning, Investor Relations,  Investment and Resolution of Distress Assets. Currently, he brings his extensive expertise as Head Asset Management at ACRE.

Before joining ACRE, Amit held key positions in renowned organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, Arcil, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Marico Ltd., and Eveready Industries.

Amit’s credentials extend beyond his expertise a Finance professional, he is also a certified Coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI), underscoring his commitment to leadership and professional development.

Shivam Tekriwal holds a Bachelor in Technology degree from IIT Roorkee and has over 18 years of experience managing various facets of Retail ARC business. He has previously worked with leading ARCs and Banks such as Edelweiss ARC, Arcil, ICICI Bank where he handled diverse roles like Strategy & Analytics, Acquisitions, Resolutions, Raising debt etc.

At ACRE, he is SVP and Retail - Head, who leads the effort in building Retail Acquisition and Resolution infrastructure.

Mr. Amarendra Mulye is Vice President and heads the Mid Office and Operations at ACRE. He has an experience of over 20 years in Stressed financial Assets and Banking sector. Prior to joining ACRE he was associated with Asset Reconstruction Company India Ltd. (Arcil), where he worked in the resolution function of large and mid-sized corporate portfolio and Risk & Compliance. He was also appointed as Company Secretary of Arcil in 2012. Prior to Arcil, he has worked with ICICI Bank in the Credit Mid-Office and with Godrej & Boyce in the Finance Department. By qualification, Amarendra is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.

Mr. Ananda KC is a Vice President & Head IT at ACRE. He is an IT professional with over 17 years of experience in the Banking Industry & Financial Services sector. He has a rich experience as techno-functional professional in the field of digital transformation, ERP, CRM, BI, Migrations, Merger & IT security projects. Prior to joining ACRE, Ananda was associated with Asset Reconstruction Company India Limited (Arcil), Where he set up Retail Loan management platform on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and led the software project management for corporate Business systems. Prior to Arcil, he has worked with Data centre of Centurion Bank of Punjab (CBOP), Gurgaon. By profession, he holds a Master degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from the Gulbarga University, Karnataka. Additionally, he is a Certified Project Manager & qualified Oracle Database Professional.

Priyanka Kapoor is a dynamic HR professional with over 17 years of expertise in shaping and driving people strategies for high-performing organizations. She has an experience across verticals such as talent acquisition, performance management, organisation development, engagement, and training. She has held key roles at prominent organizations, including ECL Finance Ltd, Mizuho Global Services, Avanse Financial Services, HDFC Asset Management, ING Investment Management and RBS Business Services, where her strategic leadership delivered impactful results. She has graduated with a Bachelor of Mass Media degree from Mumbai University and has completed her Post Graduation in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management. She has further enhanced her expertise through the Global Senior Leadership Programme (CHRO Specialization) at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. With her strategic vision and people-focused leadership, Priyanka continues to build organizations that thrive in a competitive, dynamic environment.

Siddharth has over 11 years of experience in the fields of fund raising, treasury & investor relations across financial services, retail, real estate & infrastructure sectors. At ACRE, he looks after stakeholder management as well as fund-raising initiatives for the organization. Prior to joining ACRE, he was associated with Blend Financial Services, where he supported fund-raising for a wide array of financial institutions in frontier markets with a total book size of $3Bn. Before Blend, he has worked with organizations such as Future Group, K Raheja Corp & GVK. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGP) from ISB Hyderabad and a Bachelor in Engineering (B.E) from Mumbai University.
